I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas season. I know, it was over far too quickly considering all the effort we put into it. But look on the bright side, before we know it it'll be Christmas 2007 and we'll get to do it all again!
Please look through my pictures above, I had a wonderful Christmas and was most fortunate to be able to spend the day with my family. And watch Nathan and Syan open all the gifts that we got for them.
I hope that everyone in jland had an enjoyable Christmas, i've looked through lots of pictures and it seems like most of you had a great time. For those of you who didn't, please know you're in my thoughts.
So far I've received 7 cards from Jland. Thank you Lyn, Allison, Julie, Ellen, Lisa (warts & all), Renee and Penny. It truly means so much to me to get cards from you and esp during a time when I haven't been journaling.
I hope everyone received the cards I sent out, everyone who gave me their address got one.
And if you sent one to me but I didn't list you, it just hasn't arrived yet. But we've recently had some awful fog and I think it just delayed it somewhat.
It feels good to be active in jland again. I won't right now, but I will in my next entry, update what's going on with me and attempt to explain why I left so suddenly and why I didn't go back to Public Thoughts.

I am soooo happy you are back!!! Your Christmas looks wonderful!!! We had a good Christmas too...prayers were answered....I got 800 of my money back and paid the house payment...I won a 400 dollar gift card and got the kids some things plus things we just needed...Mark got a bonus and he bought me a desk Chair and a scanner...Billy got what he wanted and Carlie got the two things she wanted...also fly ladies got me son non parishables...I got a gift card for 25 dollars from Chelle for naming her dog...perfect timing...also Thomas from One old Soldier sent me 20 dollars and I had no idea he was gonna do it...that was just so sweet...as I just met him and he asked if he could send me out a Christmas card. I still have not gotten your card yet???? Dont' know what is up with the mail...I sent you one as well...went out and bought it special! I can't believe how things turned around it was not the same amount of money I lost but...it was a miracle indeed! Hugs, TerryAnn

I could tell I haven't been active reading online because I didn't even know you left your other journal (lol) (I'm laughing to myself for being the last person to know lol.)
Anyway, I'm glad you're back writing. I know how that feels--it's like we need space or *time-out* yet we long to hear from Jland that we've connected with.
I know, I've done this "now-you-see-me, now-you-don't" on & off journal thing. It's in the blood lol.
I've received your very beautiful holiday card. I was soo excited I told my family: "Look! I got a ROYAL mail-look at the stamp!" LOL! :-D ..my son goes"cool mom!"
I LOVED it lol! :-D You've made me happy, I do love getting notes/cards in my mail box.
I hope to hear what's going on that side of your fence dear Shermeen. I checked out your side bar--cool and Adam IS good looking (woo-hoo!) :-D

OMG, those children are just BEAUTIFUL! I want to just eat them up and hug them!!! The faces are just precious, especially number 27, Austin Powers watch out! LOL! Your Mom's house, I think it's your Mom's, is just beautiful!! What a great Christmas you all had. Sorry Adam wasn't there to be with you, but you have a lifetime to spend with him. :)

hey girl thanx for stopping by and letting me know that you are back!! i'm getting ready to flip through those pics, i'm sure that they are wonderful!! i wish i could have sent you a card too, i got yours thank you sooo much, i love christmas cards!! we had a really nice christmas so far and still have one more place to go and open presents yet, and then we will do our own thing after new years and all too.
