Accent Tag

I spent some time this afternoon researching Washington State. For some reason, that I cannot explain, I would love to live in Washington State. Perhaps it's the rain or perhaps like the husband suggests, it's Twilight. Either way, I feel like I could be happy there. I watched some videos of people from Washington State and decided that I could raise children there, simply because there isn't much of an accent. Just your generic, hard to place American accent. As opposed to say, the Southern accent, which I love as a novelty but not so much as an accent to be stuck with forever. Call me a snob if you must. Anyway, the husband and I thought it might be fun to make a video of us doing the accent tag. So here it is, enjoy.

This was great. I love accent tags. I'm from Michigan, so we have our own speak. A mix of Canadian and American. If you call the trunk a boot, what do you call the front end?

The only thing that throws me is when I hear other people's accents for the pronunciation of 'aunt.' We pronounce it like 'ant.' Sounds a bit crass, but 'aw-nt' makes me do a double take when I hear it.
